Concious Manifesting! The 8 Step guide....

I am super obsessed with the concept of conscious manifesting. I just love anything that helps empower souls to dream big, fulfill their passions, and make life as incredible as it should be. 

What most people don't realize is that they are manifesting every second of every day, it's happening no matter what. You are creating your reality with your thoughts, your beliefs, your actions, your vibrations and the energy that you put out into the world. In this article we will go through 8 steps, which include some crucial steps that are often over looked.

1. Start with an attitude of gratitude!

When you express gratitude, you vibrate at a higher frequency, a frequency that is in harmony with your desires. The secret is to feel gratitude before working on your wants, needs, and desires. If you can get into the gratitude state of being, that is the state of being necessary to receive what you want! 

We're all beings of energy. When our energy vibrates at a low level, we attract low-level circumstances. But when our energy is in high vibration, we invite positive outcomes into our lives.

So how do you practice gratitude? Set aside a couple of minutes in the day to feel gratitude for all that's good in your life. Do this daily! Think about all the people and situations that make you your happiest. Feel free to write them down in a journal, or you can do this visually when lying in bed. It could be anything from a warm shower, a yoga class, your mobile phone that keeps you connected, the birth of a child, a nice conversation, a tasty meal, a fun night out, a walk in the forest. Don't overlook the small things either. Recently I was so grateful for my washing machine and dishwasher after they both broke down on the same day, I had taken for granted how much more comfortable they had made my life daily. 

Gratitude is scientifically known to change the molecular structure of the brain, keeping the gray matter functioning, and makes us healthier and happier. It's also known to boost neurotransmitter serotonin and activate the brain stem to produce dopamine.

2. Know what you want!

Decide what it is you want! It's much easier to manifest with accuracy if you're clear on what you truly want. Whether it's to have better relationships, attain your perfect career, to travel, or to achieve financial freedom. It's essential to have a clear picture in your mind of what it is you want to create. 

3. Visualize and feel your wishes

This is such a crucial step! Visualize your wishes as though they have already come true, make them as real as possible. If you want a new car, visualize every detail, and don't forget to incorporate your five senses. See it in as much detail as possible. Imagine how you would feel driving around with the music on. Hold those feelings as long as possible. Neologists know that constructing an imagined event is scientifically proven to more accurately create it as an outcome.

The best time to do this is every night before you go to sleep or upon waking, this is when you are going from the Alpha or Beta brain wave state to the Theta brain wave state. Theta is where we have much more power over our sub-conscious mind. The subconscious mind is a habit mind, and it runs 95% of our life. So what you are doing here is planting your want's needs and desires.

Why is visualization so important? We are bombarded with millions of bits of information every second, and if we were paying attention to all of them, we would have major sensory overload! While our subconscious can process over 10 million bits of information per second, we can only consciously process between 40 and 120 bits of data per second! Therefore, your brain must filter out irrelevant information and only allow information into your consciousness that (1) will keep you safe, and (2) is of interest to you. When you visualize your goals, you keep your goals at the forefront of your conscious awareness. You know how this works you start thinking about buying a red car and all of a sudden you see red cars everywhere. It's no coincidence. Where your focus goes, energy flows!

4. Affirmations

The subconscious mind is habitual and works through repetition! Spend some time writing your affirmations try to come up with at least three for each wish. Your affirmations could be I love my new car, I'm so grateful for my new home, I am so passionate about the work I do as a (fill in the blank). Repeat these as often as possible throughout the day.

5. Your commitment to the outcome 

How do you intend to achieve the outcome? What steps will you take towards reaching your goals? For example, I find I wanted an apartment in an old building with herringbone floorboards and parking. My commitment was to search the available rentals on the internet every day. I would ask anyone I met who was living in the area if they knew of anything available, and I did a daily visualization of me placing my sofa down on this floor! And yes, it worked like a charm!

6. Make sure your chakras are rocking!

Chakras are the missing link that are never spoken about!

If you don't know what a chakra is, you can read my post what the f*ck is a chakra; this is one of the most critical pieces of information when it comes to manifesting that is not often spoke about. The state of your chakras determines the state of your vibration. That said, if your chakras are weak or blocked, it's difficult for them to draw up the energy of the earth, hindering your ability to draw into your life your that of which you truly desire. 

I had been following all the manifesting steps for months, I went down every manifesting rabbit hole there was, but for some reason, my wishes weren't coming into materialization

I then made an appointment with a Healer like myself, who rebalanced and re-energized my chakras. On the very same day I had the healing, we received the first offer for our home (it had been on the market for months) my daughter got a place in the kindergarten (where waiting list are up to 250 children), and I had a call back from a job I had been waiting weeks to hear from. The proof was in the pudding.

So making sure your chakras are energized is one of the primary keys in the manifesting!

7. Is your Environment aligned with your desires?

Observe the space around you. Your space is like a tailwind for manifesting! Here's an example. Let's say you want to create more abundance and flow in your life, but nothing seems to be happening. This could have something to do with the Chi in your home!


If your drainage is blocked, you could be blocking the flow of finances, and if your space is full of clutter, you might be preventing yourself from new opportunities, if you want romance, is your bed accesible from both sides? Your Environment could be counterproductive to your desire! Use your space to assist you in reprogramming your sub-conscious so that it's working with you to align you with that of what you want.

8. Get Ready to Receive

Many of us have blocks about allowing in the very things we desire! I'm speaking to all the empaths out there, and you know who you are!

Receiving for many can be somewhat very uncomfortable. However, The Law of Giving and Receiving is simple: If you want love, learn to give love; if you want material affluence, help others to become materially affluent. If you want to be blessed with all the good things in life, learn to silently bless everyone with all the good things in life.

The more you give, the more you will receive. So, accept the compliment. Take the gift. Accept the help!
